Why was I charged again?

Knowunity Pro is a subscription that renews automatically. The renewal date and price are shown when you buy and in your store settings.

How renewals work

• A weekly plan renews every week, a monthly plan every month and a yearly plan every year.
• The renewal is charged by the store you bought from: the App Store, Google Play or Paddle for website purchases.
• A renewal is charged a day or two early in some time zones. Your access is not shortened by this.
• Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not stop renewals.

Stop the next renewal

Cancel the subscription in the store. See How do I cancel my Knowunity Pro subscription? After cancelling, you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Get the money back

If you were charged for a period you do not want, request a refund from the store that charged you. See How do I request a refund?

A charge you do not recognise

• Check whether someone in your household bought Pro with your card, for example a child using a family account.
• Compare the amount and the name on the charge with Where did I buy my subscription?
• If you cannot match it to an account, contact support with the date, amount and the store name on the statement. Never send your full card number.
