4-mark questions step it up with "describe" prompts. Here you need to explain what's happening and sometimes apply it to a scenario. Don't just list - actually describe how services work or what professionals actually do day-to-day.

6-mark questions are all about "explain" - this means linking your knowledge back to specific scenarios. Read the scenario carefully, identify what actions are needed, then explain how your suggested solutions actually address the problem.

8-mark questions are your biggest challenge, usually asking you to discuss advantages and disadvantages. Balance is key here - give 2-3 strong points for each side, always explaining the "why" behind your arguments.
