Šta je Bruto Domaći Proizvod (BDP)?

Osnove BDP-a - Šta je to i zašto je važno
Zamislite da želite da izmerite koliko je produktivna vaša zemlja. BDP (Bruto domaći proizvod) je upravo taj "merač" - pokazuje ukupnu tržišnu vrednost svih finalnih dobara i usluga proizvedenih u zemlji za godinu dana.
Ključna reč ovde je "finalna dobra" - to su proizvodi spremni za krajnju potrošnju (hleb u prodavnici, nova kola, frizerska usluga). Intermedijarna dobra kao što je brašno koje pekar koristi se ne računaju posebno, jer je njihova vrednost već uključena u cenu hleba.
BDP meri sve što se proizvede na teritoriji zemlje, bez obzira ko je vlasnik fabrike. Tako proizvodnja FIAT-a u Kragujevcu ulazi u naš BDP, iako je FIAT italijanska kompanija.
💡 Zapamti: Ako BDP raste - ekonomija cveta, ako opada - zemlja ulazi u recesiju!
Tri načina merenja BDP-a
Ekonomisti mogu da izmere BDP na tri različita načina, a sva tri bi teoretski trebalo da daju isti rezultat.
Proizvodni pristup sabira dodatu vrednost u svakoj fazi proizvodnje. Dohodovni pristup sabira sve prihode (plate, profit, kamate, rente) ostvarene u proizvodnji.
Najvažniji je rashodni pristup sa famoznom formulom koju morate znati: BDP = C + I + G + . Ovde se sabiraju svi izdaci za kupovinu finalnih dobara.
C je lična potrošnja domaćinstava (hrana, odeća, bioskop), I su investicije preduzeća u opremu i objekte, G je državna potrošnja (putevi, škole, plate u javnom sektoru), a je razlika između izvoza i uvoza.
💡 Pažnja: Investicije ovde ne znače kupovinu akcija, već stvarnu opremu i zgrade!
Nominalni vs Realni BDP - Ključna razlika
Ovo je jedna od najbitnijih lekcija! Nominalni BDP koristi tekuće cene iz godine koja se posmatra, dok realni BDP koristi stalne cene iz bazne godine.
Zašto je ova razlika važna? Nominalni BDP može da raste samo zbog inflacije (poskupljenja), a ne zbog stvarnog povećanja proizvodnje. Realni BDP je "očišćen" od inflacije i pokazuje da li smo stvarno proizveli više.
BDP deflator služi za preračunavanje nominalnog u realni BDP prema formuli: BDP deflator = × 100.
Za poređenje kroz vreme uvek koristimo realni BDP jer nam govori da li je ekonomija stvarno rasla ili je samo bilo poskupljenja.
💡 Za test: Realni BDP = stvarni rast, nominalni BDP = može biti obmanjujući zbog inflacije!
BDP po glavi stanovnika i praktični primeri
BDP po glavi stanovnika dobijamo kada podelimo ukupan BDP sa brojem stanovnika. Ova formula je jednostavna ali korisna jer pokazuje prosečan dohodak po osobi u zemlji.
Evo praktičnog primera: Ako zemlja proizvodi samo jabuke (100 kg po 100 din) i hleb (200 kom po 50 din) u 2022, nominalni BDP = 10.000 + 10.000 = 20.000 dinara.
Sledeće godine proizvede više (110 kg jabuka, 210 hleba) ali po višim cenama (120 din, 60 din). Nominalni BDP 2023 = 13.200 + 12.600 = 25.800 dinara.
Ali realni BDP (količine 2023 po cenama 2022) = 11.000 + 10.500 = 21.500 dinara. Znači, stvarni rast je samo 1.500 dinara, a ne 5.800!
💡 Važno: BDP po glavi ne govori ništa o tome kako je bogatstvo raspodeljeno među ljudima.
Šta se NE računa u BDP
Zapamtite šta sve NIJE deo BDP-a jer se ovo često pita na testovima!
Polovna roba se ne računa jer je njena vrednost već uračunata kada je bila nova. Finansijske transakcije (kupovina akcija) nisu proizvodnja već transfer vlasništva.
Transferna plaćanja kao što su penzije i socijalna pomoć se ne računaju jer država ne dobija zauzvrat neko dobro ili uslugu. Nelegalne aktivnosti i rad "na crno" takođe nisu uključeni.
Rad u domaćinstvu (kuvanje, čišćenje, čuvanje dece) stvara vrednost ali se ne odvija na tržištu pa se ne računa.
Ne mešajte BDP (proizvodnja na teritoriji zemlje) sa BNP (proizvodnja državljana te zemlje bilo gde u svetu)!
💡 Za ispit: Intermedijarna dobra se ne računaju da ne bi bilo "dvostrukog računanja"!
