Osnovne Značilnosti Vseh Živih Organizmov

Uvod v značilnosti živih bitij
Verjetno se že kdaj sprašuješ, kaj pravzaprav naredi neki organizem živ. Ne gre samo za gibanje - roboti se tudi gibajo, pa niso živi! Biologija kot veda o življenju določa sedem glavnih značilnosti, ki jih morajo imeti vsa živa bitja.
Pomembni pojmi, ki jih boš potreboval: celica je osnovna gradbena enota vseh živih bitij, presnova so vse kemijske reakcije v telesu, homeostaza pa sposobnost vzdrževanja stabilnega notranjega okolja. Evolucija omogoča postopno spreminjanje vrst skozi čas.
💡 Nasvet za test: Robot se sicer premika in odziva na ukaze, ampak ni zgrajen iz celic in se ne more razmnoževati - zato ni živ!
Celična zgradba in presnova
Prva značilnost je celična zgradba - vsa živa bitja so zgrajena iz vsaj ene celice. Enoceličarji kot so bakterije opravijo vse življenjske funkcije z eno samo celico. Mnogoceličarji kot si ti imajo specializirane celice za različne naloge.
Presnova ali metabolizem je način, kako organizmi pridobivajo energijo. Avtotrofi (rastline) jo proizvajajo sami s fotosintezo, heterotrofi (živali) pa morajo pojesti druge organizme. Fotosinteza poteka po formuli: 6CO₂ + 6H₂O → C₆H₁₂O₆ + 6O₂.
To je temelj življenja - brez celic in presnove preprosto ni življenja!
💡 Pomembno: Ne zameši rasti kristala z rastjo živega bitja - kristal raste z nalaganjem snovi na površino, živo bitje pa od znotraj s pomočjo delitve celic.
Rast, razvoj in razmnoževanje
Rast pomeni povečevanje velikosti organizma, razvoj pa vse spremembe skozi življenje - kot ko se žaba spremeni iz paglavca v odraslo žabo. To ni samo večanje, ampak tudi spreminjanje oblike in funkcije.
Razmnoževanje zagotavlja obstoj vrste. Pri nespolnem razmnoževanju zadostuje en starš in potomci so genetsko enaki (kloni). Spolno razmnoževanje potrebuje dva starša, potomci pa so genetsko različni - to omogoča večjo raznolikost in lažje prilagajanje.
Odzivnost pomeni, da se organizmi odzivajo na dražljaje iz okolja. Ko umaknеš roko z vroče plošče ali ko se rastlina obrne proti svetlobi - to je odzivnost v akciji!
💡 Zanimivost: Tudi rastline se gibajo, le počasneje - obračajo liste proti soncu in odpirajo ter zapirajo cvetove!
Primerjava živega in neživega
Najbolje razumeš z primerjavo mačke in kamna. Mačka izpolnjuje vse značilnosti: ima celice, se prehranjuje, raste, se razmnoži, odziva se na zvoke in se giblje. Kamen pa nič od tega ne zna - nima celic, ne potrebuje energije, ne raste in se ne odziva.
Homeostaza je vzdrževanje notranjega ravnovesja - ko se potiš pri vročini, da ohranіš telesno temperaturo okoli 37°C. Evolucija omogoča prilagajanje vrst skozi generacije - polarni medved ima bel kožuh za kamufažo, kaktus pa debele liste za shranjevanje vode.
Virusi so poseben primer na meji med živim in neživim - nimajo lastnih celic in presnove, lahko pa se razmnožujejo v gostiteljskih celicah.
💡 Za test si zapomni: Za dokaz, da je nekaj živo, mora izpolnjevati VSE značilnosti, ne samo nekaj!
Hiter povzetek za ponavljanje
Vsa živa bitja morajo imeti sedem ključnih značilnosti: celično zgradbo, presnovo, rast in razvoj, razmnoževanje, odzivnost, gibanje ter sposobnost prilagajanja. Brez katerekoli od teh značilnosti organizem ni živ.
Seznam za preverjanje pred testom: Znaš našteti vse značilnosti? Razumeš razliko med spolnim in nespolnim razmnoževanjem? Znaš razložiti presnovo? Pripraviš si primere za vsako značilnost?
To je absolutni minimum za pozitivno oceno. Za višje ocene moraš znati vsako točko podrobneje razložiti s konkretnimi primeri iz narave.
