Osnovni genetički pojmovi
Genetika je jednostavno nauka o tome kako se osobine prenose sa roditelja na decu. Zašto imaš mamine oči ili tatinu boju kose? Sve je u genima!
Hromozomi su kao male biblioteke u tvojim ćelijama - imaš ih 46 u svakoj ćeliji. DNK je tekst u tim bibliotekama, napisan kao dvostruki heliks koji si sigurno video u filmovima. Gen je kao jedna rečenica u tom tekstu koja govori telu kako da napravi neku osobinu.
Aleli su različite verzije istog gena. Recimo, gen za boju očiju može imati alel za plave i alel za smeđe oči. Genotip je tvoja genetička "šifra" (npr. AA, Aa, aa), a fenotip je ono što stvarno vidiš - tvoje plave oči ili visina.
Zapamti: Gen je kao recept za tortu, a fenotip je torta koju na kraju jedeš!
Homozigoti i heterozigoti
Ovde postaju stvari zanimljive! Homozigot ima dva ista alela (AA ili aa) - "homo" znači isto. Heterozigot ima dva različita alela (Aa) - "hetero" znači različito.
Dominantni alel (veliko slovo A) je kao glasni drug - uvek se čuje, čak i kad je sam. Recesivni alel (malo slovo a) je tih - čuje se samo kad su dva takva zajedno. Zato heterozigot Aa uvek pokazuje dominantnu osobinu.
Najbolji primer je Mendelov grašak. Ako je Ž = žuto zrno (dominantno), a z = zeleno zrno (recesivno):
- ŽŽ = žuto zrno
- Žz = žuto zrno (dominantno pobedilo!)
- zz = zeleno zrno (jedini način da se vidi recesivno)
Pažnja: Dominantno ne znači "bolje" - samo znači da se uvek vidi!
Genotip protiv fenotipa
Ova razlika je ključna za testove! Genotip je ono što imaš "unutra" (genetička šifra), a fenotip je ono što vidiš "spolja" (fizička osobina).
Čak dva različita genotipa (AA i Aa) mogu dati isti fenotip (istu boju cveta). To je zato što dominantni alel "pokrije" recesivni. Zato u testovima uvek gledaj pažljivo šta se pita - genotipski ili fenotipski odnos!
Važna formula: Fenotip = Genotip + Okolina. Možeš imati gene za visinu, ali ako se ne hraniš dobro, nećeš biti visok koliko bi mogao.

Za test: Uvek prvo odredi koji je alel dominantan pre rešavanja zadatka!
Ukrštanje i Punetova tabela
Punetova tabela je tvoj najbolji prijatelj za rešavanje zadataka! Kada ukrstiš dva heterozigota (Aa x Aa), uvek dobijaš čuveni odnos 3:1 u fenotipovima.
Evo kako funkcioniše sa žutim i zelenim graškom (Žz x Žz):

Rezultat: 1 ŽŽ : 2 Žz : 1 zz (genotipski odnos 1:2:1), ali fenotipski 3 žuta : 1 zeleno (odnos 3:1).
Zašto 3:1? Zato što i ŽŽ i Žz daju žuto zrno - samo zz daje zeleno. Tri žuta, jedan zelen!
Zlatno pravilo: Monohibridno ukrštanje heterozigota uvek daje fenotipski odnos 3:1!
Ključni saveti za uspeh
Ne komplikuj! Gen je kao kategorija (boja očiju), a alel je konkretna opcija (plava, smeđe). Nikad ih ne mešaj.
Dominantna osobina nije češća u populaciji - možda je recesivna zapravo češća! Dominantnost samo znači da "pobeduje" kod heterozigota. Takođe, genetika nije sve - okolina utiče na fenotip.
Za testove zapamti:
- Homozigot = isti aleli (AA ili aa)
- Heterozigot = različiti aleli (Aa)
- Genotipski odnos F2: 1:2:1
- Fenotipski odnos F2: 3:1
Brza provera: Ako vidiš zadatak sa ukrštanjem Aa x Aa, odmah znaš da je odgovor 3:1 za fenotip!
