Osnove razvrščanja živih bitij
Zakaj sploh potrebujemo razvrščanje? Ker nam pomaga razumeti, kako so živa bitja povezana med seboj - podobno kot družinsko drevo!
Vrste so osnovna enota, podobne vrste pa združujemo v rodove, te v družine in tako naprej, vse do kraljestev. Je kot sistem matric - od najmanjših do največjih.
Glavno merilo za razvrščanje je celična zgradba in način prehranjevanja. To pomeni, da gledamo, kako je zgrajena celica in kako si organizem pridobiva hrano.
Ključno za test: Razlika med prokariontsko (brez jedra) in evkariontsko celico (z jedrom) je temelj vsega razvrščanja!
Pomembni pojmi: Avtotrofi si sami delajo hrano (kot rastline s fotosintezo), heterotrofi pa morajo jesti druge organizme. Enoceličarji so iz ene celice, mnogoceličarji pa iz mnogih specializiranih celic.
Kraljestvo ceperk (bakterije)
Bakterije so najstarejše oblike življenja na Zemlji in so pravzaprav povsod okoli nas - tudi v tebi!
Prokariontska celična zgradba je njihova glavna značilnost - nimajo celičnega jedra, dedni material pa prosto plava v celici. So vedno enoceličarji z celično steno za zaščito.
Prehranjevanje je raznoliko: večina so heterotrofi (razkrojevalci ali paraziti), nekatere pa so avtotrofi (cianobakterije delajo fotosintezo).
Pomembno: Vse bakterije niso slabe! E. coli v črevesju ti pomaga pri prebavi, mlečnokislinske bakterije pa potrebujemo za jogurt.
Primeri v vsakdanjem življenju: mlečnokislinske bakterije v jogurtu, E. coli v črevesju, salmonela (povzroča zastrupitve). Bakterije so ključne za kroženje snovi v naravi.
Kraljestvo enoceličarjev in kraljestvo gliv
Enoceličarji (protisti) so nekakšna "mešana torba" - vsi evkarionti, ki niso rastline, živali ali glive. Večinoma so enoceličarji z jedrom.
Prehranjevanje je zelo raznoliko: alge (kot evglena) so avtotrofi, praživali (kot ameba) pa heterotrofi. Paramecij se premika z migetalkami, ameba pa s panožicami.
Glive so pogosto napačno razumljene - niso rastline! So evkarionti, večinoma mnogoceličarji, vedno heterotrofi. Hrano razgradijo zunaj telesa in jo nato vsrkajo.
Pogosta napaka: Glive NISO rastline, ker nimajo klorofila in ne delajo fotosinteze!
Celična stena gliv je iz hitina (ne celuloze). Primeri: kvasovke za kruh, plesni (tudi za penicilin), užitne gobe kot jurčki in lisičke.
Kraljestvo rastlin in kraljestvo živali
Rastline so vedno mnogocelični evkarionti z avtotrofnim načinom prehranjevanja. S fotosintezo v kloroplastih si sami izdelujejo hrano iz svetlobe.
Imajo celično steno iz celuloze in so pritrjene na podlago - ne morejo se premikati. Od mahov do velikih dreves so vse rastline avtotrofi.
Živali so mnogocelični evkarionti brez celične stene, kar jim omogoča gibanje. So heterotrofi - hrano zaužijejo in prebavijo v telesu.
Ključna razlika: Živali nimajo celične stene in se lahko premikajo, rastline pa imajo celično steno in so nepremične.
Imajo razvite čute in živčevje za odzivanje na okolje. Od nevretenčarjev (deževniki, mravljice) do vretenčarjev (ribe, ptiči, sesalci) - vsi so heterotrofi z zmožnostjo gibanja.
Hitra primerjava za test
Za test si zapomni glavne razlike: bakterije so edine prokariontske, vse ostale so evkariontske. To je temeljna delitev!
Prehranjevanje: rastline so avtotrofi (fotosinteza), živali in glive heterotrofi, bakterije in enoceličarji pa lahko oboje. Glive so razkrojevalci - ključni za naravo.
Celična stena: bakterije DA, enoceličarji včasih, glive DA (hitin), rastline DA (celuloza), živali NE. Brez celične stene = možnost gibanja.
Trik za pomnjenje: Če ima celično steno iz celuloze in dela fotosintezo = rastlina. Če nima celične stene in se giblje = žival. Če razgradi hrano zunaj telesa = gliva.
Konkretni primeri za vsako kraljestvo: E. coli (bakterije), paramecij (enoceličarji), jurček (glive), smreka (rastline), človek (živali). Učiteljica vedno sprašuje primere!
