Uvod u Mendelove zakone i osnovni pojmovi
Znaš li zašto liči na svoje roditelje? Gregor Mendel je u 19. veku kroz eksperimente sa graškom otkrio odgovor na ovo pitanje. Njegovi zakoni su temelj cele genetike.
Prvo moraš da savladaš osnovne termine. Gen je kao "uputstvo" za jednu osobinu (npr. boju očiju), dok su aleli različite varijante istog gena (plava ili braon). Genotip je tvoj genetički kod (označava se slovima kao AA ili Aa), a fenotip je ono što stvarno vidiš - tvoj izgled.
Dominantan alel (veliko slovo A) uvek "pobedi" i vidi se u izgledu, dok se recesivan alel (malo slovo a) vidi samo kad nema dominantnog. Ako imaš dva ista alela (AA ili aa), ti si homozigot. Ako imaš različite (Aa), ti si heterozigot.
Zapamti: Kod heterozigota se uvek vidi samo dominantna osobina, ali recesivna je tu - samo je "skrivena"!
Prvi i drugi Mendelov zakon
Prvi zakon (uniformnost) kaže da kad ukrstiš dva čistokrvna roditelja koji se razlikuju u jednoj osobini, sva deca će biti ista. Na primer, ako ukrstiš grašak sa ljubičastim cvetom (LL) sa belim (ll), svi potomci će imati ljubičaste cvete (Ll).
Drugi zakon (segregacija) objašnjava šta se dešava kad ta deca prave svoju decu. Aleli se razdvajaju kao karte u špilu - svaki roditelj daje samo po jedan alel. Kad ukrstiš dva heterozigota (Aa x Aa), dobićeš magičan odnos 3:1 u izgledu potomaka.
Konkretno, od 4 potomka, 3 će imati dominantnu osobinu, a 1 recesivnu. Po genotipu imaš odnos 1:2:1 (1 AA, 2 Aa, 1 aa). Ovo znači da se recesivna osobina "vratila" posle što je bila skrivena generaciju!
Savět: Punetova tabela je tvoj najbolji drug za rešavanje zadataka - uvek je nacrta!
Treći Mendelov zakon i dihibridno ukrštanje
Treći zakon (nezavisno kombinovanje) je najkomplikovaniji jer pratiš dve osobine odjednom. Predstavi da pratiš i boju i oblik zrna graška - žuta je dominantna nad zelenom (Z>z), a okruglo nad naboranim (O>o).
Kad ukrstiš heterozigote za obe osobine (ZzOo x ZzOo), svaki roditelj pravi četiri tipa gameta: ZO, Zo, zO, zo. Ovo je kao da baciš dva novčića odjednom - kombinacije su nezavisne.
Rezultat je magičan odnos 9:3:3:1 u F2 generaciji. Od 16 potomaka: 9 će biti žuto i okruglo, 3 žuto i naborano, 3 zeleno i okruglo, i 1 zeleno i naborano. Ovaj zakon važi samo za gene na različitim hromozomima.
Pažnja: Odnos 9:3:3:1 je kao otisak prsta dihibridnog ukrštanja - uvek isti!
Monohibridno ukrštanje - korak po korak
Hajde da rešimo konkretni primer sa bojom cveta graška. Ljubičasta (L) je dominantna nad belom (l). Ukrštamo čistokrvne roditelje LL x ll.
P generacija: Roditeljski genotipovi su LL x ll. Gameti su jednostavni - L od jednog, l od drugog roditelja.
F1 generacija: Svi potomci su Ll (heterozigoti) sa ljubičastim cvetovima. Ovo potvrđuje prvi zakon - svi su isti!
Punetova tabela za F1 x F1 (Ll x Ll) izgleda ovako:
- Horizontalno i vertikalno staviš gamete: L, l
- Kombinuješ: LL, Ll, Ll, ll
- Odnos genotipova: 1:2:1, fenotipova: 3:1
Trik: Kada vidiš odnos 3:1, znaš da je bilo ukrštanje heterozigota!
Dihibridno ukrštanje - praktičan primer
Sada pratiš boju (Z>z) i oblik zrna (O>o) istovremeno. Ukrštaš ZZOO (žuto, okruglo) sa zzoo (zeleno, naborano).
F1 generacija: Svi su ZzOo sa žutim, okruglim zrnima. F2 generacija nastaje ukrštanjem ZzOo x ZzOo - tu počinje "magija"!
Svaki roditelj pravi 4 tipa gameta: ZO, Zo, zO, zo. Punetova tabela je 4x4 = 16 polja. Fenotipski rezultat:
- 9/16 žuto i okruglo (imaju bar po jedan Z i O)
- 3/16 žuto i naborano (imaju Z, ali oba o)
- 3/16 zeleno i okruglo (imaju oba z, ali bar jedan O)
- 1/16 zeleno i naborano (oba z i oba o)
Ovaj 9:3:3:1 odnos je dokaz da se osobine nasleđuju nezavisno. Priroda "meša karte" za svaku osobinu posebno!
Pro tip: Veliki slovo uvek označava dominantan alel, malo recesivan - bez izuzetaka!
Ključni odnosi za zapamćivanje
Mendelovi zakoni imaju svoje "potpise" koje lako prepoznaš na testovima. Odnos 3:1 uvek znači monohibridno ukrštanje heterozigota u F2. Odnos 9:3:3:1 označava dihibridno ukrštanje.
Za genotip monohibridnog ukrštanja zapamti 1:2:1 - jedan homozigot dominantan, dva heterozigota, jedan homozigot recesivan. Ovo su matematički odnosi koje priroda uvek poštuje!
Ovi zakoni važe za jednostavno nasleđivanje (jedan gen, dva alela). U stvarnosti postoje komplikovaniji slučajevi, ali ovo je temelj na koji se sve nadovezuje.
Kad rešavaš zadatke, uvek prvo odredi koji je alel dominantan. Zatim napravi Punetovu tabelu pažljivo i prebroji rezultate. Matematika genetike je precizna kao sat!
Za test: 3:1 = monohibridno, 9:3:3:1 = dihibridno. Ovi brojevi su tvoj genetički kompas!

This apps acc the goat. I find revision so boring but this app makes it so easy to organize it all and then you can ask the freeeee ai to test yourself so good and you can easily upload your own stuff. highly recommend as someone taking mocks now
