Uvod v ekosisteme in ključni pojmi
Ekosistemi so pravzaprav kot velika družina, kjer je vsak član odvisen od drugih. Ekosistem je celota, ki jo sestavljajo živa bitja (biocenoza) in neživi prostor (biotop) na določenem območju.
Ekologija je znanost, ki preučuje odnose med organizmi ter med organizmi in njihovim okoljem. Predstavljaj si jo kot raziskovanje tega, kdo s kom živi in zakaj.
Ključno je, da se naučiš razlikovati med osnovnimi pojmi. Biocenoza je življenjska združba - vključuje vse žive organizme (rastline, živali, glive, mikroorganizme). Biotop pa je življenjski prostor z vsemi neživimi dejavniki kot so tla, voda, zrak, temperatura.
Populacija je skupina osebkov iste vrste na istem prostoru - na primer vsi volkovi v nekem gozdu. Vrsta pa so organizmi z enakimi lastnostmi, ki se lahko med seboj parijo in imajo plodne potomce.
💡 Pomni: Bio = živo, torej biocenoza = živo. Biotop = neživo!
Ravni organizacije v ekologiji
Ekologija ima jasno hierarhijo - vse se začne pri posameznem organizmu in se stopnjuje do celotnega ekosistema. To je kot če bi gradil piramido iz kock.
Prvi nivo je osebek - en sam organizem, na primer ena smreka ali ena srna. Naslednji nivo je populacija - več osebkov iste vrste skupaj, torej vse smreke v gozdu ali vse srne na določenem območju.
Tretji nivo je združba ali biocenoza - vse različne populacije skupaj na nekem območju. Tu se srečajo populacija smrek, populacija srn, populacija lisic, populacija gob in še mnoge druge.
Najvišji nivo je ekosistem - združba vseh živih bitij plus biotop z vsemi neživimi dejavniki. To je popolna slika življenja na nekem območju.
💡 Zapomni si: Osebek → Populacija → Združba → Ekosistem
Medsebojni odnosi v ekosistemu
V ekosistemu nihče ne živi sam zase - vsi so odvisni drug od drugega in od okolja. Te odnose delimo na biotske (med organizmi) in abiotske (med organizmi in okoljem).
Biotski odnosi vključujejo prehranjevalne odnose. Plenilstvo pomeni, da plenilec lovi plen (volk lovi srno). Rastlinojedstvo je, ko se organizem prehranjuje z rastlinami (zajec je deteljo). Zajedavstvo je, ko zajedavec živi na račun gostitelja (klop na psu).
Pri tekmovanju organizmi tekmujejo za vire - hrano, vodo, prostor, svetlobo ali partnerja. Sodelovanje pa koristi vsem udeleženim. Priskledništvo koristi enemu, ne škodi pa drugemu (mah na drevesu). Vzajemnost koristi obema (čebela dobi nektar, cvetlica je oprašena).
Abiotski dejavniki so svetloba (nujna za fotosintezo), temperatura (vpliva na vse življenjske procese), voda (nujna za življenje) in tla (oporo in hranila za rastline).
💡 Ključno: Vse v ekosistemu je povezano - če odstraniš en del, to vpliva na vse ostale!
Primeri ekosistemov
Gozdni ekosistem (na primer Kočevski gozd) ima biotop iz tal, zraka, vode in sončne svetlobe. Biocenoza vključuje proizvajalce (bukev, smreka, bor), porabnike (srna, volk, žolna) in razkrojevalce (gobe, bakterije).
Tipični odnosi: volk lovi srno (plenilstvo), srna je listi bukve (rastlinojedstvo), dve bukvi tekmujeta za svetlobo (tekmovanje), gobe razkrajajo odmrlo drevo (razkrojevanje).
Travniški ekosistem ima drugačen biotop - več sončne svetlobe, drugačna prst, izpostavljen vetru in dežju. Biocenoza vključuje trave, deteljo, regrat, zajce, kobilice, miši, kanje, deževnike.
Odnosi: čebela oprašuje deteljo (vzajemnost), kanja lovi miši (plenilstvo), zajec in kobilica tekmujeta za travo (tekmovanje).
💡 Pomembno: Vsaka sprememba v ekosistemu povzroči verižno reakcijo - če izumrejo čebele, rastline ne bodo oprašene, kar pomeni manj hrane za druge živali.
Povzetek in priprava na test
Ekosistem je sestavljen iz biotskih (živih) in abiotskih (neživih) dejavnikov. Za test moraš znati našteti primere obeh skupin.
Biotski dejavniki: plenilstvo, tekmovanje, bolezni, parazitizem, simbioza. Abiotski dejavniki: temperatura, voda, svetloba, tip tal, vlaga, pH tal.
Hiter povzetek: Ekosistem = Biocenoza + Biotop. Ravni organizacije gredo od osebka do ekosistema. Populacija je ena vrsta, združba je več različnih vrst. Živa bitja so odvisna od neživih dejavnikov in med seboj imajo različne odnose.
Najvažnejše pravilo ekologije: vse je povezano! Ekosistemi so dinamični in se nenehno spreminjajo zaradi letnih časov, naravnih nesreč ali človekovega vpliva.
