Vzpon totalitarnih ideologij: Fašizem, nacizem in stalinizem

Vzpon totalitarizmov
Razočaranje nad versajsko mirovno pogodbo, velika gospodarska kriza leta 1929 in strah pred komunizmom so ustvarili popolne razmere za vzpon radikalnih ideologij. Ljudje so izgubili zaupanje v demokracijo in se obrnili k avtoritarnim voditeljem, ki so obljubljali red in stabilnost.
Totalitarizem je oblika vladavine, kjer država popolnoma nadzoruje javno in zasebno življenje. Prepoznaš ga po eni sami stranki z enim vodjem, uradni ideologiji, nadzoru nad gospodarstvom in institucijami, sistematičnem teroru ter popolni propagandi.
Zapomni si: Vsi totalitarni režimi uporabljajo enake metode vladanja - razlikujejo se le v ideoloških ciljih, ne pa v praksi.
Fašizem v Italiji
Benito Mussolini je izkoristil italijansko razočaranje po vojni in strah pred komunizmom. Leta 1919 je ustanovil "fascie di combattimento" - njegove črnosrajčnike, ki so napadali politične nasprotnike.
Pohod na Rim oktobra 1922 je bil Mussolinijeva ključna poteza. S pritiskom je prisilil kralja, da mu podeli mandat - to ni bil pravi državni udar, ampak pametna politična manipulacija.
Fašistična Italija je uvedla korporativizem - sistem, kjer so delavci in delodajalci združeni v državne organizacije. Tajna policija OVRA je preganjala nasprotnike, medtem ko so Lateranski sporazumi z Vatikanom zagotovili Mussoliniju podporo Cerkve.
Ključno za maturo: Pohod na Rim ni bil pravi vojaški prevzem, ampak politična demonstracija moči!
Nacizem v Nemčiji
Adolf Hitler je izkoristil nemško ponižanje po versajski pogodbi in katastrofalno gospodarsko krizo. Njegova ideologija iz knjige Mein Kampf je temeljila na rasizmu, antisemitizmu in zahtevi po "Lebensrumu" - življenjskem prostoru na vzhodu.
Prevzem oblasti se je začel januarja 1933, ko je postal kancler. Požig Reichstaga februarja 1933 je izkoristil za obtožbo komunistov in odpravo državljanskih svoboščin - s tem je dobil diktatorska pooblastila.
Nacistična Nemčija je uvedla Nürnberške zakone (1935), ki so odvzeli Judom državljanske pravice. Kristalna noč 1938 je bila organiziran pogrom nad Judi. Gestapo in SS enote so vzdrževale teror, medtem ko je Goebbelsova propaganda poveličevala Führerja.

Stalinizem v Sovjetski zvezi
Josif Stalin je po Leninovi smrti premagal Trockega in prevzel oblast. Njegov cilj je bil preoblikovati zaostalo agrarno državo v industrijsko velesilo z najbrutalnejšimi metodami.
Prisilna kolektivizacija konca 20. let je odvzela zemljo kmetom in jih prisilila v kolhoze. Upor kulakov je bil nasilno zatrt, kar je povzročilo množično lakoto - holodomor v Ukrajini je terjal milijone žrtev.
Velike čistke (1934-1939) so bile Stalinov način odstranjevanja vseh možnih nasprotnikov znotraj partije, vojske in inteligence. Gulagi so bili sistem delovnih taborišč v Sibiriji, kamor je pošiljal "državne sovražnike". NKVD je bila vsepriosotna tajna policija.
Pomembno: Stalinizem je "levi" totalitarizem zaradi komunistične ideologije, vendar uporablja enake brutalne metode kot "desni" fašizem in nacizem.
Primerjava totalitarnih sistemov
Vsi trije režimi so imeli karizmatične vodje z kultom osebnosti: Mussolini (Duce), Hitler (Führer) in Stalin. Vsak je imel svojo tajno policijo - OVRA, Gestapo/SS in NKVD - ter sistem taborišč za nasprotnike.
Ključne razlike so v ideologiji: fašizem in nacizem sta "desna" (nacionalizem, ohranitev razredov), stalinizem pa "levi" (komunizem, odprava razredov). Nacizem se razlikuje po ekstremnem rasizmu in antisemitizmu.
Gospodarsko je fašizem ohranil zasebno lastnino pod državnim nadzorom, nacizem jo je podredil vojni industriji, stalinizem pa uvedel popolno državno lastnino s petletkami in kolektivizacijo.
Maturo rešiš, če se spomniš: Desni totalitarizem (fašizem, nacizem) vs. levi totalitarizem (stalinizem) - razlika je v ideologiji, ne v metodah!
Povzetek za maturo
Vzroki za vzpon: Versajska pogodba, gospodarska kriza 1929, nestabilnost demokracij in strah pred komunizmom so ustvarili idealne razmere za totalitarne režime.
