Balkanska vprašanja in krize
Predstavljaj si Balkan kot pravo politično vulkano, pripravljen za izbruh! V tem času so se namreč srečevali nasprotujoči si interesi evropskih velesil in mladi balkanski narodi so hoteli svojo neodvisnost.
Vzhodno vprašanje je bil kompleksen problem propadajočega Osmanskega cesarstva - "bolnika na Bosporju", kot so mu rekli. Velesile so se seveda borile za vpliv na ozemljih, ki so jih Turki izgubljali.
Pan-slavizem je bilo gibanje za združitev vseh Slovanov, ki ga je predvsem podpirala Rusija. S tem je hotela širiti svoj vpliv na Balkanu, posebej pri Srbih in drugih pravoslavnih narodih.
Glavni igralci so bili: propadajoče Osmansko cesarstvo, Avstro-Ogrska (ki se je bala nacionalizma), Rusija (hotela je nadzor nad ožinami), Srbija (sanjala o Veliki Srbiji) in druge balkanske države z lastnimi interesi.
Pomembno: Pojem "sod smodnika" pomeni, da je bila potrebna le majhna iskra za velik spopad!
Aneksijska kriza 1908
Prva resna kriza se je začela, ko je Avstro-Ogrska enostransko priključila Bosno in Hercegovino leta 1908. To je bilo kot če bi nekdo vzel nekaj, kar si je tudi tvoj sosed želel!
Zakaj je bila Srbija tako jezna? Ker je v BiH živelo veliko Srbov in ona je hotela združiti vse Južne Slovane. To priključitev je videla kot ogromno oviro svojemu cilju Velike Srbije.
Rusija, zaščitnica Srbije, je bila popolnoma ponižana. A po porazu z Japonsko (1905) vojaško ni bila dovolj močna za posredovanje. To jo je zelo prizadelo!
Posledice so bile katastrofalne: odnosi med Avstro-Ogrsko in Srbijo so se močno poslabšali, srbski nacionalizem se je okrepil (nastale so radikalne organizacije kot "Črna roka"), Rusija pa je začela pospešeno modernizirati vojsko.
Za test: Aneksijska kriza je pokazala, kako nevarna so bila razmerja moči v Evropi!
Balkanske vojne 1912-1913
Priprav se na dve vojni v zelo kratkem času - in pazljivo ju razlikuj!
Prva balkanska vojna (1912-1913) je bila kot poker igra, kjer so se Balkanci združili proti Turkom. Balkanska zveza (Srbija, Bolgarija, Grčija, Črna gora) je hotela izgnati Osmane iz Evrope.
Rezultat? Popoln poraz Turkov, ki so obdržali le majhen pas okoli Carigrada. Z londonskim mirom je nastala Albanija - to so zahtevale Avstro-Ogrska in Italija, da bi Srbiji preprečile dostop do morja.
Druga balkanska vojna (1913) je bila kot drama, kjer se nekdanji prijatelji obrnejo drug proti drugemu. Bolgarija ni bila zadovoljna z delitvijo Makedonije in je napadla svoje nekdanje zaveznice.
Končalo se je katastrofalno za Bolgarijo - napadena je bila z vseh strani in hitro poražena. Srbija je postala največja zmagovalka - podvojila je svoje ozemlje in prebivalstvo!
Ključno: Te vojne so bile "generalka" za prvo svetovno vojno!
Analiza in posledice kriz
Tu je pametna primerjava, ki ti bo pomagala na testu:
Prva vojna: Balkanci vs. Turki = Turki skoraj izgnani iz Evrope Druga vojna: Balkanci vs. Balkanci = Srbija močno okrepljena
Najbolj pomembna posledica? Srbija je postala samozavestna regionalna sila z jasnim ciljem združitve Južnih Slovanov. To je neposredno ogrožalo Avstro-Ogrsko!
Ustanovitev Albanije ni bila naključna - to je bila diplomatska poteza, da se Srbiji prepreči dostop do morja. Pametno, mar ne?
Okrepljeni srbski nacionalizem po balkanskih vojnah je bil neposredno ozadje za nastanek organizacij kot "Mlada Bosna". In kdo je bil član te organizacije? Gavrilo Princip, ki je izvedel atentat na Franca Ferdinanda!
Za mature: Balkanske vojne so pokazale nestabilnost regije in nerešljiva nasprotja - direktna pot v leto 1914!
Povzetek za ponavljanje
Zdaj pa vse skupaj v kratkih pikah, da si zapomnišb:
"Sod smodnika" = Balkan zaradi mešanja nacionalizmov, interesov velesil in propadanja Osmanskega cesarstva.
Aneksijska kriza 1908 = Avstro-Ogrska priključi BiH → večje napetosti s Srbijo in Rusijo.
1. balkanska vojna = Balkanska zveza premaga Turke → Turki izgubijo skoraj vso Evropo, nastane Albanija.
2. balkanska vojna = Vojna med nekdanjimi zaveznicami → Bolgarija poražena, Srbija močno okrepljena.
Glavna posledica: Močna Srbija = neizogiben konflikt z Avstro-Ogrsko = pot v prvo svetovno vojno 1914!
Zapomniti: Vsaka kriza je bila kot stopnička na poti v svetovno katastrofo!
