La réaction inflammatoire : ton système d'alarme corporel
Imagine que ton corps dispose de cellules sentinelles (macrophages, mastocytes et cellules dendritiques) qui patrouillent en permanence dans tes tissus. Dès qu'elles détectent un intrus grâce à leurs récepteurs spécialisés, elles sonnent l'alarme !
