The Nature of God and Creation
Ever wondered how Christians picture God? They describe God using some pretty impressive qualities that set Him apart from anything we know. Anthropomorphism happens when people describe God in limiting, human ways - but Christians believe God is so much more than that.
God has four main qualities that blow our minds. He's omnipotent , omniscient , benevolent , and can be both immanent (everywhere at once) and transcendent (above earthly things). The Bible backs this up with quotes like "Nothing is impossible with God" and "He knows all the hairs on your head."
The Trinity explains how Christians see God in three forms. God the Father is the transcendent creator, Jesus the Son is immanent and personal, whilst the Holy Spirit is an invisible, immanent force. Think of it like water existing as ice, liquid, and steam - same substance, different forms.
Key Point: The Creation story in Genesis shows God creating everything "ex nihilo" (from nothing) in six days, proving His omnipotence and giving humans stewardship over Earth.
Jesus: Life, Death, and Resurrection
Jesus isn't just another religious figure - Christians see Him as the Son of God, Messiah, Redeemer, and Saviour all rolled into one. The incarnation means God became human in Jesus, making Him both divine and personal to believers.
Jesus' crucifixion wasn't just a tragic execution - it served three crucial purposes. It fulfilled prophecy, took away the world's sins, and proved the incarnation was real. For Christians today, this shows that suffering is part of life, but it doesn't destroy those who repent.
The resurrection changes everything for believers. It's proof of life after death and the incarnation, showing good's power over evil. Christians learn that accepting Jesus opens the path to heaven and that forgiveness is possible - just like Jesus forgave those who killed Him.
Jesus' ascension back to heaven completes the story. It proves the afterlife exists and paves the way for the Holy Spirit's arrival. Without the resurrection, Christianity simply wouldn't exist.

This apps acc the goat. I find revision so boring but this app makes it so easy to organize it all and then you can ask the freeeee ai to test yourself so good and you can easily upload your own stuff. highly recommend as someone taking mocks now
