Rechtliche Grundlagen der Textvertonung
Die Vertonung von Texten unterliegt wichtigen rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, die Komponisten und Musiker beachten müssen. Grundsätzlich hat der Urheber eines Textes das Recht zu entscheiden, ob und wie sein Werk bearbeitet oder vertont werden darf.

Die Schutzdauer wird ab dem 31. Dezember des Todesjahres des letzten verstorbenen Autors berechnet. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist kann der Text frei verwendet werden.
