Manipulação de Expressões Algébricas

Toda expressão algébrica precisa ser resolvida seguindo uma ordem específica para chegar ao resultado correto. Memorize a regra KLA-PO-PU-STRI: primeiro resolva os Parênteses (KLA), depois as Potências (PO), em seguida Multiplicação e Divisão (PU) e, por último, Adição e Subtração (STRI).

Ao trabalhar com parênteses, algumas regras são super úteis. Quando temos uma adição antes do parêntese, como em a+ $b-c$ , podemos simplificar para a+b-c. Já numa subtração antes do parêntese, como em a- $b+c$ , simplificamos para a-b-c. E quando subtraímos uma diferença, como em a- $b-c$ , transformamos em a-b+c.

Na multiplicação de termos, lembre-se que ao multiplicar um termo por uma soma, você multiplica esse termo por cada parcela. Por exemplo: 2x· $2+3xy$ = 2x·2 + 2x·3xy = 4x + 6x²y. Para multiplicar duas somas, multiplique cada termo da primeira soma por cada termo da segunda: $x+3$ $x+2$ = x² + 2x + 3x + 6 = x² + 5x + 6.

Dica prática: Ao resolver expressões com vários parênteses, resolva de dentro para fora. Comece pelos parênteses mais internos e vá expandindo. Isso evita erros comuns!

Fórmulas Notáveis

As fórmulas notáveis são verdadeiros atalhos matemáticos que vão economizar seu tempo nos cálculos. Em vez de fazer multiplicações longas, você pode aplicar essas fórmulas diretamente para chegar ao resultado mais rápido.

Existem três fórmulas notáveis principais que você precisa memorizar. O quadrado da soma $a+b$ ² = a² + 2ab + b², como em $x+3$ ² = x² + 6x + 9. O quadrado da diferença $a-b$ ² = a² - 2ab + b², como em $x-3$ ² = x² - 6x + 9. E o produto da soma pela diferença $a+b$ $a-b$ = a² - b², como em $x+3$ $x-3$ = x² - 9.

Observe que nas fórmulas de quadrados, o resultado sempre terá três termos, enquanto na fórmula do produto da soma pela diferença, o resultado tem apenas dois termos. Isso acontece porque os termos do meio $2ab e -2ab$ se cancelam no último caso.

Atenção! Um erro comum é escrever $a+b$ ² = a² + b², o que está incorreto! Nunca se esqueça do termo do meio (2ab). O quadrado de uma soma não é igual à soma dos quadrados!
