Versajski mirovni sistem - osnove
Kada se rat završio 1918, Antanta (pobednici) je organizovala Parisku mirovnu konferenciju 1919. godine. Glavni cilj? Kazniti poražene Centralne sile i napraviti Evropu u kojoj se ovakav rat neće ponoviti.
"Velika četvorka" je donosila sve važne odluke: Vudro Vilson (SAD), Žorž Klemanso (Francuska), Dejvid Lojd Džordž (Velika Britanija) i Vitorio Orlando (Italija). Ovi lideri su imali različite planove - Francuska je htela da uništi Nemačku zauvek, Amerika je želela "pravičan mir", a Britanija je htela ravnotežu snaga.
Najvažniji rezultat bio je Versajski ugovor potpisan sa Nemačkom 28. juna 1919. u dvorcu Versaj. Tu su uvedeni i ključni pojmovi kao što su reparacije (ratna odšteta), demilitarizacija i Društvo naroda - prva međunarodna organizacija za čuvanje mira.
Zanimljivost: Poražene zemlje uopšte nisu učestvovale u pregovorima - samo su dobile gotove ugovore koje su morale da potpišu!
Pariski pregovori i različiti ciljevi
Pariška mirovna konferencija je trajala godinu dana, a "Velika četvorka" je imala potpuno različite vizije budućnosti. Francuska je bila najtvđa - hteli su da Nemačka nikad više ne može da im preti. Zato su insistirali na ogromnim reparacijama i strogim ograničenjima.
Amerika pod Vilsonom je imala idealistički pristup sa programom "14 tačaka". Hteli su samoopredeljenje naroda i Društvo naroda kao garanta mira. Britanija je bila pragmatična - kazniti Nemačku, ali ne toliko da postane nepotrebno neprijateljski nastrojena.
Kompromis koji su napravili bio je katastrofalan po Nemačku. Versajski ugovor je bio brutalan - Nemačka gubi 13% teritorije, sve kolonije, mora da prihvati potpunu krivicu za rat (član 231) i plati ogromne reparacije.
Vojna ograničenja su bila ponižavajuća: samo 100.000 vojnika, bez tenkova, aviona ili podmornica. Rajnska oblast je demilitarizovana, a Sarska oblast stavljena pod kontrolu Društva naroda na 15 godina.
Važno za test: Zapaiti da je "klauzula o krivici" (član 231) bila najponižavajućija za Nemce - morali su da prihvate potpunu odgovornost za rat!
Ostali mirovni ugovori
Pored Nemačke, i ostale Centralne sile su dobile svoje "pakete" kazni. Ugovor iz Sen Žermena sa Austrijom je raspustio Austro-Ugarsku monarhiju zauvek. Trijanonski ugovor sa Mađarskom je oduzeo 2/3 njene teritorije - to je bilo najstroži ugovor posle Versajskog!
Ugovor iz Nevja sa Bugarskom je bio najblažiji, dok je Sevarski ugovor sa Turskom bio toliko strog da ga Turci nikada nisu prihvatili. Umesto njega je kasnije potpisan Ugovor iz Lozane 1923. koji je bio mnogo povoljniji.
Rezultat svih ovih ugovora bila je potpuno nova mapa Evrope. Nestala su četiri velika carstva, a nastalo je mnogo novih država: Poljska, Čehoslovačka, Finska, baltičke zemlje i naša Kraljevina Srba, Hrvata i Slovenaca.
Međutim, ove nove države nisu bile stabilne. Imale su mešovito stanovništvo, sporila teritorije i slabe ekonomije. To je stvorilo nova žarišta napetosti u Evropi.
Pametna veza: Zapamti da su ugovori nazvani po mestima gde su potpisani - Versaj za Nemačku, Sen Žermen za Austriju, Trijanon za Mađarsku!
Nova mapa Evrope
Raspad velikih carstava stvorio je potpuno novu Evropu! Austro-Ugarsko carstvo se raspalo kao kula od karata, a na njegovim ostacima nastale su Čehoslovačka, Austrija, Mađarska i naša Kraljevina SHS (proglašena 1. decembra 1918).
Iz Ruskog carstva, koje je izašlo iz rata još 1917, nastale su Finska, Estonija, Letonija i Litvanija. Nemačka je izgubila teritorije na istoku koje su pripale novoosnovanoj Poljskoj - nastao je čuveni "Poljski koridor" koji je odvojio Istočnu Prusku od ostatka Nemačke.
Ove promene nisu bile samo crtanje novih linija na mapi. Milioni ljudi su se odjednom našli u novim državama, često kao manjine. To je stvorilo etničke napetosti koje će eksplodirati u sledećim decenijama.
Društvo naroda je osnovano sa sedištem u Ženevi da čuva ovaj novi poredak. Ironično, Amerika koja ga je predložila nikada nije postala član, a Nemačka i SSSR su prvobitno bili isključeni.
Ključno razumevanje: Ove nove države su bile "veštački" stvorene - nisu nastale prirodnim istorijskim razvojem, pa su bile nestabilne!
Teške posledice rata
Demografska katastrofa je bila nezamisljiva - oko 10 miliona mrtvih vojnika plus skoro toliko civila! Srbija je posebno stradala, izgubivši skoro trećinu muškog stanovništva. A onda je došla španska groznica 1918-1919. koja je ubila još 50 miliona ljudi širom sveta.
Ekonomski kolaps Evrope bio je totalan. Fabrike razorene, farme uništene, putevi neprohodni. Države Antante su se zadužile kod SAD koje su postale nova svetska ekonomska supersila. U Nemačkoj je inflacija bila toliko strašna da su ljudi nosili novac u korpama da kupe hleb!
Političke promene bile su revolucionarne. Nestala su četiri carstva, demokratija se širila, ali su se pojavile i nove, opasne ideologije. Komunizam u Rusiji, fašizam u Italiji, a uskoro i nacizam u Nemačkoj - sve kao reakcija na haos i krizu.
Najvažnija posledica? Nezadovoljstvo Versajskim poretkom! Nemci, Italijani i Japanci su smatrali da su nepravedno tretirani. To nezadovoljstvo će direktno dovesti do Drugog svetskog rata - zato istoričari Versajski ugovor zovu "primirje od 20 godina".
Kritička poveznica: Poniženje Nemačke → ekonomska kriza → uspon Hitlera koji obećava poništavanje Versaja → Drugi svetski rat. Zapaiti ovu logičku vezu!
Zašto Versaj nije uspeo
Društvo naroda je trebalo da čuva mir, ali se pokazalo kao potpuno nemoćno. Nije imalo svoju vojsku, važne zemlje (SAD, SSSR) nisu bile članice, a kad god bi nastao ozbiljan konflikt, članovi su se vadili iz obaveza.
Versajski ugovor je bio previše strog da bi Nemci prihvatili, a previše blag da bi ih trajno onesposobio. Rezultat? Stvorio je duboku mržnju kod Nemaca bez stvarne sigurnosti za pobednike. Adolf Hitler će kasnije doći na vlast upravo obećavajući da će poništiti "versajsko sramotu".
Ekonomske posledice su bile dugotrajne. Reparacije su Nemačku gurnule u bankrot, što je dovelo do Velike depresije 1929. Kada su ekonomije krahirale, ljudi su se okretali ekstremnim političkim pokretima.

I know a lot of apps use fake accounts to boost their reviews but this app deserves it all. Originally I was getting 4 in my English exams and this time I got a grade 7. This apps acc the goat. I find revision so boring but this app makes it so easy to organize it all and then you can ask the freeeee ai to test yourself so good and you can easily upload your own stuff. highly recommend as someone taking mocks now
