Uvod u Balkanske ratove
Zamislite situaciju: Osmansko carstvo je na samrti, balkanske države se osećaju dovoljno jake da mu zada poslednji udarac, a velike sile samo čekaju priliku da se umešaju. To je bio Balkan 1912. godine.
Istočno pitanje je bilo glavna glavobolja Evrope - šta raditi sa Osmanskim carstvom koje su svi zvali "bolesnik na Bosforu"? Velike sile su imale svoje planove, ali balkanske države su odlučile da uzmu stvari u svoje ruke.
Mladoturska revolucija 1908. je trebalo da spase Tursku, ali je zapravo ubrzala njen raspad. Austrougarska je odmah iskoristila priliku i anektirala Bosnu i Hercegovinu, što je Srbiju dovelo do besa.
Zapamti: Balkanski savez 1912. (Srbija, Bugarska, Grčka, Crna Gora) nastao je sa jednim ciljem - konačno oslobađanje hrišćanskih naroda od turske vlasti.
Uzroci i priprema za rat
Razlog za rat nije bio samo patriotizam - Osmanlije su stvarno bile na kolenima. Rat sa Italijom u Libiji (1911-1912) ih je dodatno iscrpio, što su balkanske države prepoznale kao savršenu priliku.
Najveći problem kod formiranja saveza bila je podela Makedonije. I Srbi i Bugari su je smatrali svojom, što će se pokazati kao kobno kasnije. Rusija je diplomatski gurala stvaranje saveza jer joj je odgovaralo slabljenje austrougarskog uticaja na Balkanu.
Prvi balkanski rat je počela Crna Gora 8. oktobra 1912. napadom na turske položaje. Ostale države su se brzo pridružile, i tako je počeo rat koji će promeniti sve.
Ključno za test: Glavni uzroci su bili nerešeno nacionalno pitanje, slabost Turske, interesi velikih sila i jačanje balkanskih država.
Prvi balkanski rat i njegove bitke
Kumanovska bitka bila je trenutak kada su se stvari ozbiljno okrenule. Srpska vojska pod generalom Putnikom je razbila tursku Vardarsku armiju i praktično oslobodila celu Makedoniju odjednom.
Posle Bitoljske bitke u novembru, turska vojska u Makedoniji je bila gotova. Srbija je čak pokušala da izađe na Jadransko more kroz Albaniju i zauzela je Drač, ali tu su se umešale velike sile.
Austrougarska i Italija nisu htele jaku Srbiju na Jadranu, pa su insistirale na stvaranju nezavisne Albanije. Za Srbiju je to bio veliki udarac - uspela je da oslobodi teritorije, ali nije dobila izlaz na more.
Londonski mirovni ugovor (30. maj 1913) je oficijalno završio Prvi balkanski rat, ali je ostavio otvoreno pitanje podele teritorija između bivših saveznika.
Pažnja: Ovaj ugovor nije definisao granice između balkanskih država, što je direktno dovelo do Drugog balkanskog rata!
Drugi balkanski rat - kada se saveznici zakrve
Bugarska je bila besna jer smatra da je podnela najveći teret u borbi protiv Turaka, a dobila je najmanje u Makedoniji. Srbija i Grčka nisu htele da se odreknu teritorija koje su njihove vojske oslobodile - logično!
Bregalnička bitka je bila najveća bitka Drugog balkanskog rata. Bugari su napali iznenada, ali srpska vojska ih je potpuno razbila. Bugarska se našla okružena sa svih strana - čak su i Turci i Rumuni ušli u rat protiv nje.
Bukureštanski mir (10. avgust 1913) je definisao nove granice: Srbija je dobila Vardarsku Makedoniju, Grčka Egejsku Makedoniju sa Solunom, a Bugarska je ostala samo sa malim delom Pirinske Makedonije.
Bugarska je bila ponižena i poražena, što će je u Prvom svetskom ratu odvesti u tabor Nemaca - tražiće priliku za osvetu.
Za ispit: Bugarska je bila agresor u Drugom balkanskom ratu, ali je završila kao najveći gubitnik.
Posledice koje su promenile Evropu
Teritorijalne promene su bile dramatične - Srbija je skoro udvostručila svoju teritoriju dobijajući Kosovo, Metohiju, Rašku oblast i Vardarsku Makedoniju. Osmansko carstvo je praktično proterano iz Evrope.
Ali najvažnije su bile geopolitičke posledice. Austrougarska je u ojačanoj Srbiji videla direktnu pretnju - plašila se da će srpski uspeh podstaći pobune Južnih Slovena unutar Monarhije. Srbija je postala "Pijemont" Južnih Slovena.
Ravnoteža snaga na Balkanu je potpuno poremećena. Bugarska je poražena i ponižena, odnosi između Srbije i Austrougarske su na vrhuncu tenzija, a Balkan je postao "bure baruta" Evrope.
Pitanje nije bilo DA LI će doći do velikog sukoba između Srbije i Austrougarske, već KADA. Odgovor je stigao već sledeće godine u Sarajevu.
Ključna posledica: Balkanski ratovi su direktna priprema za Prvi svetski rat - stvorili su tenzije koje će eksplodirati 1914.
Šta trebaš da znaš za ispit
Osnovne činjenice: Dva rata - Prvi (1912-13) balkanske države protiv Turske, Drugi (1913) Bugarska protiv bivših saveznika. Prvi je završen Londonskim mirom, drugi Bukureštanskim.
Ključne bitke: Kumanovska (srpska pobeda nad Turcima) i Bregalnička (srpska pobeda nad Bugarima). Obe su bile presudne za ishod ratova.
Ne mešaj uzroke i povod! Uzroci su dublji problemi (nacionalno pitanje, slaba Turska), povod je konkretni događaj koji je pokrenuo rat.
Uloga velikih sila: Austrougarska je sprečavala jačanje Srbije na svakom koraku. Stvaranje Albanije je direktna posledica njenog pritiska da Srbija ne izađe na more.
Zapamti za test: Balkanski ratovi = "predigra za Prvi svetski rat". Oni su stvorili eksplozivnu situaciju koja će kulminirati Sarajevskim atentatom.

This apps acc the goat. I find revision so boring but this app makes it so easy to organize it all and then you can ask the freeeee ai to test yourself so good and you can easily upload your own stuff. highly recommend as someone taking mocks now
