Chemistry Tips and RESOURCES by studynotes CSE Books and Guides Complete Chemistry for Cambridge IGCSE by Rose Marie Gallagher and Paul Ingram What I like the most about this book is that it doesn't leave a concept unexplained and offers many chances to challenge yourself. Moreover, for the Quizlet users: there are over 700 questions solved offered for this book there, with explanations and steps. N What I would like to be improved is the number of solved exercises and examples by adding more. dynotes gese @studyn - Cambridge International GCSE Chemistry - CGP Guide What I like the most about this guide is that it covers everything and simplifies all the concepts, including the more difficult ones. I would recommend any CGP guide to everyone struggling with a classic textbook, they are wonderfully made and include many examples and exercises, as well as their checklists at the end of every chapter. & estudynote otes_gcse YouTube Channels Here is a list of the YouTube accounts I used for learning and revision. They are not specifically tailored for a single exam board because chemistry is a broad subject and some of these channels were useful even if created for an exam board different from mine. The greatest difference I found in this sense, is related to definitions; other concepts are similar for all exam boards. I would like to specifically thank all the teachers that took the time to solve...

Writing down concepts and drawing diagrams helps me to connect with the topic. Drawing diagrams especially helps me very much with finding the main focus and understanding better. Chemistry is not always easy to understand at first glance, so when I am studying a topic I struggle with, my first approach is just watching the lesson. I think it's important to understand what is going on exactly before starting to write it down. Then I write my notes according to the concepts I find most important to remember: definitions, working strategies for practicals, formulas, examples, diagrams, past paper solved questions - @studynotes_gcse even suggestions for the exam. In this way, I have created a synthesis of all the things I need to remember. Another thing that helped me very much was looking back at the syllabus from time to time, to see what were the concepts I was expected to know. It also helped with revision, because like this I could verify what I revised and what I missed. Past papers were an excellent strategy to understand certain concepts better, learn how to structure an answer properly, and also how to understand methodologies. So, my suggestion is to solve as much as you can under exam conditions (set a timer, don't look at your notes or the mark scheme) and then watch a solved past paper video to verify mistakes, misconceptions, and doubts. It worked wonders for me. studynotes gcs
