Essential French Vocabulary - Set 1
People and emotions form the backbone of any language. You'll find accueillir (to welcome) incredibly useful when talking about hospitality, whilst avoir peur de (to be afraid of) helps express fears and concerns. When someone's en larmes (in tears), you'll know exactly what's happening.
Physical descriptions matter loads in French conversations. Maigre (thin) and la peau (the skin) are essential for describing people, whilst la chaleur (the heat) comes up constantly when discussing weather. These words appear frequently in GCSE speaking exams.
Social and cultural terms show your advanced understanding. Le cinéaste (the film maker) and réaliser (to make a film) connect to French cinema culture. Le défilé relates to French festivals and celebrations you'll study.

This apps acc the goat. I find revision so boring but this app makes it so easy to organize it all and then you can ask the freeeee ai to test yourself so good and you can easily upload your own stuff. highly recommend as someone taking mocks now
