Kaj sploh je filozofija?
Predstavljaj si, da se nekega večera zazreš v nebo in se vprašaš: "Zakaj sploh obstajam?" To je točno tisto čudenje, s katerim se začne filozofija! Filozofija pomeni dobesedno "ljubezen do modrosti" .
Čudenje je po Platonu in Aristotelu začetek vse filozofije. Ko se vprašaš, zakaj je nebo modro ali zakaj obstaja nekaj namesto nič, že filozofiraš. Ne gre za iskanje hitrih odgovorov, ampak za proces razmišljanja.
Dvom je filozofovo glavno orodje. René Descartes je rekel: "Dvomim, torej mislim, mislim, torej sem." To ne pomeni, da moraš dvomiti v vse, ampak da kritično presojaš stvari, ki se ti zdijo samoumevne.
Pomembno: Filozof ni nekdo, ki ve vse, ampak nekdo, ki si prizadeva za razumevanje. Vsaka njegova trditev mora biti podprta z argumenti in logičnimi razlogi, ne samo z mnenjem.
Štiri temeljna vprašanja filozofije
Immanuel Kant je filozofijo povzel v štirih ključnih vprašanjih, ki si jih moraš obvezno zapomniti za test!
1. Kaj lahko vem? S tem se ukvarja epistemologija ali spoznavna teorija. Sprašuje se o mejah našega znanja - kako veš, da to, kar vidiš, res obstaja?
2. Kaj naj storim? To je področje etike, ki raziskuje, kaj je prav in kaj narobe. Zakaj bi moral biti dober človek? Je prav lagati, da bi nekoga zaščitil?
3. Kaj smem upati? Metafizika in filozofija religije se ukvarjata s smislom življenja. Ali obstaja Bog? Ima naš obstoj nek višji namen?
Nasvet za test: Ta štiri vprašanja so osnova - znaj jih našteti in razložiti, katero filozofsko področje se z vsakim ukvarja.
4. Kaj je človek? Filozofska antropologija združuje prejšnja tri vprašanja. Kaj nas loči od živali? Ali imamo svobodno voljo?
Filozofija vs. znanost, religija in mit
Če hočeš razumeti filozofijo, moraš vedeti, čem se razlikuje od drugih področij. To je pogosto vprašanje na testih!
Filozofija uporablja racionalno argumentacijo in logično sklepanje. Njen cilj ni nujno končni odgovor, ampak iskanje modrosti in razumevanje temeljnih konceptov.
Znanost temelji na eksperimentih in opazovanju. Sprašuje se "kako deluje gravitacija?", filozofija pa "zakaj sploh obstajajo naravni zakoni?"
Religija temelji na veri in razodetju. Ponuja odgovore o odrešenju in odnosu do božanskega, vendar ne zahteva racionalnih dokazov.
Ključna razlika: Znanost sprašuje "kako?", filozofija pa "zakaj?". Obe uporabljata razum, a na različne načine.
Mit razlaga svet s simboličnimi zgodbami. V antični Grčiji (6. st. pr. n. št.) se je zgodil prehod od mita (mythos) k logosu - to je bil rojstvo filozofije!
Značilnosti filozofije in tipične napake
Filozofija ima svojo strogo metodo, ki temelji na logiki in argumentaciji. To ni samo izražanje osebnih mnenj - vsako stališče mora biti utemeljeno!
Logos (razum) je nadomestil mit (nadnaravne razlage). Filozofi ne uporabljajo zgodb o bogovih, ampak logično sklepanje in opazovanje.
Pozor na pogoste napake pri testih! Ne misli, da je filozofija samo "nakladanje" - ima jasne pravila. Tudi ne zamenjevaj je z znanostjo - znanost opisuje, kaj je, filozofija pa se sprašuje tudi, kaj bi moralo biti.
Pomembno za test: Filozofija ne daje vedno dokončnih odgovorov. Pogosto je postavljanje pravih vprašanj bolj pomembno kot iskanje enega samega odgovora.
Zapomni si razliko: filozofija zahteva argumente in logiko, ne samo izražanje stališča. Dvom ni negativen - je orodje za iskanje bolj trdnih odgovorov.
Hiter povzetek za ponavljanje
Za test si zapomni te ključne točke, ki se najpogosteje pojavljajo na izpitih:
Definicija: Filozofija = "ljubezen do modrosti" . Začetek: Čudenje nad svetom in dvom v samoumevno.
