Osnove etike in filozofije morale

Uvod v etiko in ključni pojmi
Zakaj bi se sploh ukvarjali z etiko? Ker se vsak dan soočamo z moralnimi odločitvami - od malih (ali naj spišem domačo nalogo sam?) do velikih (kako se odločiti v življenjskih dilemah).
Etika je filozofska disciplina, ki sistematično preučuje moralo in poskuša najti racionalne temelje za naša moralna prepričanja. Morala pa je praktični sistem norm in vrednot, ki usmerjajo ravnanje v neki družbi.
Ključne so vrednote - načela, ki jih štejemo za pomembna (poštenost, svoboda). Osnovna moralna kategorija sta dobro in zlo - to, k čemur stremimo, oziroma tisto, čemur se izogibamo.
💡 Pomembno za maturo: Razlikuj med etiko (teorija) in moralo (praksa). To je pogosta past na izpitih!
Moralna odgovornost predpostavlja, da imamo svobodno voljo - da lahko zavestno izbiramo med možnostmi. Brez tega koncepta morala sploh ni mogoča.
Deontološka etika - Kantova etika dolžnosti
Immanuel Kant pravi: "Važno ni, kakšne so posledice, ampak ali je dejanje samo po sebi pravilno." To je deontološka etika - etika dolžnosti.
Kantov kategorični imperativ je univerzalni moralni zakon. Prva formulacija: "Ravnaj samo po načelu, za katerega lahko hočeš, da postane splošni zakon." Če lažem, bi moral sprejeti, da vsi lažejo - to bi uničilo zaupanje, zato laganje ni lahko univerzalni zakon.
Druga formulacija: "Ne uporabljaj ljudi zgolj kot sredstvo, ampak tudi kot cilj." Vsak človek ima intrinzično vrednost - ne smeš ga izkoriščati za svoje cilje.
💡 Miselni trik: Kant je zelo strog. Celo morilcu na vratih ne smeš lagati o tem, kje se skriva prijatelj, ker je laganje vedno napačno.
Kritika: Preveč toga, ne upošteva konteksta. V resničnem življenju so situacije kompleksnejše od črno-belih pravil.
Utilitarizem - etika posledic
Jeremy Bentham in John Stuart Mill pravita: "Važne so le posledice!" Utilitarizem sodi dejanja po načelu največje sreče za največje število ljudi.
Bentham (kvantitativni hedonizem) meni, da so vsa ugodja enakovredna - šteje le količina. Mill (kvalitativni hedonizem) razlikuje med višjimi (intelektualnimi) in nižjimi (telesnimi) ugodji. Njegov slavni citat: "Bolje je biti nezadovoljen Sokrat kot zadovoljen prašič."
Praktično to pomeni: seštej vse pozitivne in negativne posledice ter izberi dejanje z najboljšim izidom. V problemu vozička bi utilitarist zagotovo premaknul kretnico - rešiti 5 življenj za ceno enega je matematično jasno.
💡 Pozor na past: Utilitarizem lahko vodi v "tiranijo večine" - žrtvovanje pravic manjšine za srečo večine.
Kritika: Težko je izmeriti srečo, predvideti posledice. Kaj če bi tisti en človek na tirnicah izumil zdravilo za raka?
Aristotelova etika vrlin
Aristotel sprašuje drugače: "Ne kaj naj storim, ampak kakšen človek naj bom?" Etika vrlin se osredotoča na značaj moralne osebe.
Vrlina je pridobljena pozitivna značajska lastnost (pogum, zmernost, pravičnost). Cilj življenja je evdajmonija - dobro, izpolnjeno življenje, ki ga dosežemo z razvojem vrlin.
Vsaka vrlina je zlata sredina med dvema skrajnostma. Pogum je sredina med strahopetnostjo (premalo) in predrznostjo (preveč). Zmernost je sredina med skopuštвom in potratnostjo.
💡 Praktični nasvet: Pri etiki vrlin si predstavljaj, kaj bi storil nekdo, ki ga občuduješ zaradi njegovega karakterja.
V problemu vozička se etika vrlin ne sprašuje po pravilni formuli, ampak kaj bi storila krepostna oseba - morda bi poskušala opozoriti delavce ali najti tretjo rešitev.
Kritika: Ne ponuja jasnih navodil za konkretne moralne dileme. Kaj točno je zlata sredina v zapleteni situaciji?
Problem vozička - teorije v praksi
Ta klasični miselni eksperiment odlično prikaže razlike med teorijami. Nezadržen voziček bo ubil 5 delavcev, lahko pa ga preusmeriš in ubiješ 1 delavca.
Utilitaristična analiza: 5 rešenih življenj proti 1 žrtvovanemu = jasna izbira. Premakni kretnico, ker to ustvari največ dobrega za največ ljudi.
Deontološka analiza: Če premaknem kretnico, aktivno sodelujem pri uboju. Uporabim eno osebo kot sredstvo za rešitev drugih - to krši kategorični imperativ. Aktivno povzročiti smrt je slabše kot dopustiti, da se zgodi.
Pristop etike vrlin: Kaj bi storila pogumna, sočutna, modra oseba? Odgovor ni enoznačen - morda bi poskušala najti tretjo pot.
💡 Za maturo: Ne išči "pravilnega" odgovora, ampak pokaži, da razumeš logiko vsake teorije.
Pomembno je razumeti način razmišljanja vsake teorije, ne samo končni odgovor.
Kritike teorij in svobodna volja
Nobena teorija ni popolna - to moraš vedeti za maturo!
Kritike deontologije: Preveč rigidna, ne upošteva konteksta. Kaj če bi laganje rešilo življenje? Kritike utilitarizma: Vodi lahko v tiranijo večine, težko je izmeriti srečo. Kritike etike vrlin: Premalo konkretna, ne ponuja jasnih navodil.
Temeljno vprašanje je svobodna volja. Če so vsa naša dejanja vnaprej določena (determinizem), potem ne moremo biti zares moralno odgovorni. To se povezuje z metafiziko.
Moralna odgovornost je mogoča le, če predpostavimo, da lahko svobodno izbiramo. Brez te predpostavke celotna etika postane besmislena.
💡 Hitri povzetek za izpit: Deontologija = dolžnost, Utilitarizem = posledice, Etika vrlin = značaj.
Za reševanje moralnih dilem vsaka teorija ponuja svoj okvir razmišljanja. Pomembno je razumeti njihove različne pristope, ne najti eno "pravilno" teorijo.

I know a lot of apps use fake accounts to boost their reviews but this app deserves it all. Originally I was getting 4 in my English exams and this time I got a grade 7. This apps acc the goat. I find revision so boring but this app makes it so easy to organize it all and then you can ask the freeeee ai to test yourself so good and you can easily upload your own stuff. highly recommend as someone taking mocks now
