Innovation isn't just about having brilliant ideas - it's about successfully exploiting new ideas to give businesses a real competitive edge. There are two main types you need to know about.
Product innovation means creating completely new goods and services, or making significant improvements to existing ones. Think of how smartphones evolved from basic mobile phones. Process innovation, on the other hand, is about finding better ways to make, provide, or deliver products and services.
