Understanding the Cell Cycle
Think of the cell cycle as a carefully choreographed dance that every cell performs throughout its lifetime. It's essentially a series of events where cells grow bigger, duplicate their DNA, and then split into two identical daughter cells.
The cell cycle is often called the lifecycle of a cell because it represents the complete journey from a newly formed cell to its division into two new cells. This process is happening millions of times in your body right now - pretty amazing when you think about it!
Key Point: The cell cycle involves three main activities: growth, DNA copying, and division - all working together to create new cells.

The Three Stages of the Cell Cycle
The cell cycle breaks down into three distinct stages that you absolutely need to know for your exams. Stage 1 is interphase - this is where the cell does most of its growing and prepares for division.
Stage 2 is mitosis - the dramatic moment when the cell's nucleus divides and organises the chromosomes. Finally, Stage 3 is cytokinesis - when the cell physically splits into two separate cells.
Remember this order: interphase, mitosis, cytokinesis. Each stage has a specific job, and they must happen in this exact sequence for the cell to divide successfully.
Exam Tip: These three stages are frequently tested, so make sure you can list them in order without hesitation!

The app is very easy to use and well designed. I have found everything I was looking for so far and have been able to learn a lot from the presentations! I will definitely use the app for a class assignment! And of course it also helps a lot as an inspiration.
This app is really great. There are so many study notes and help [...]. My problem subject is French, for example, and the app has so many options for help. Thanks to this app, I have improved my French. I would recommend it to anyone.
Wow, I am really amazed. I just tried the app because I've seen it advertised many times and was absolutely stunned. This app is THE HELP you want for school and above all, it offers so many things, such as workouts and fact sheets, which have been VERY helpful to me personally.
