¿Qué son los lípidos y por qué los necesitas?
Imagínate intentar mezclar aceite con agua - nunca se combinan, ¿verdad? Así funcionan los lípidos: son moléculas que repelen el agua y esto les da propiedades únicas. Incluyen ácidos grasos, fosfolípidos, glícidos y esteroides.

Cómo tu cuerpo procesa los lípidos
