Základy kostry človeka
Kostra nie je len nejaký suchý "lešenie" - je to živý systém, ktorý sa neustále mení a obnovuje. Kostra sa skladá z kostí, chrupaviek a väzov, ktoré všetko držia pohromade.
Najdôležitejšie časti, ktoré potrebuješ vedieť: kosti sú tvrdé orgány tvoriace pevnú oporu, chrupavka je pružné tkanivo na koncoch kostí, kĺby umožňujú pohyb medzi kosťami. Väzy spájajú kosti navzájom, zatiaľ čo šľachy pripájajú svaly ku kosťam.
Vo vnútri kostí sa nachádza kostná dreň - červená tvorí krvinky, žltá slúži ako zásobáreň tukov. Okostica pokrýva povrch kostí a stará sa o ich rast a hojenie.
💡 Tip: Predstav si kostu ako živý "dom" - má vonkajšie múry (kompaktná kosť), vnútorné priečky (špongiózna kosť) a "nábytok" vo vnútri (kostná dreň).
Funkcie a stavba kostí
Tvoja kostra má päť super dôležitých úloh! Poskytuje oporu telu (bez nej by si sa zrútil), chráni orgány (lebka chráni mozog, rebrá srdce), umožňuje pohyb spolu so svalmi. Navyše v červenej kostnej dreni sa tvoria krvinky a kosti sú zásobáreň minerálov ako vápnik.
Každá kosť má svoju štruktúru: vonku je okostica s cievami a nervami, pod ňou kompaktná kosť (hustá a pevná), vo vnútri špongiózna kosť (ako špongia s dutinkami) a v dutinách kostná dreň.
Kosti majú rôzne tvary podľa funkcie: dlhé kosti (stehenná, ramenná), ploché kosti (lebka, lopatka), krátke kosti (zápästie) a nepravidelné kosti (stavce).
💡 Vedel si? Dospelý človek má asi 206 kostí, ale bábätko sa narodí s viac ako 270 kosťami - niektoré sa postupne zrastú!
Osová kostra - stred tvojho tela
Osová kostra tvorí "stred" tvojho tela. Lebka chráni mozog a skladá sa z mnohých kostí spojených švami - jediná pohyblivá kosť je sánka! Delí sa na mozgovú časť (chráni mozog) a tvárovú časť (čeľusť, nos, líca).
Chrbtica je tvoja hlavná opora s 33-34 stavcami oddelenými chrupavkovými platničkami. Má tvar písmena "S", čo jej dáva pružnosť. Delí sa na krčné (7), hrudné (12), driekové (5) stavce, krížovú kosť a kostrč.
Hrudný kôš chráni srdce a pľúca. Tvoria ho hrudná kosť vpredu, 12 párov rebier (10 pripojených k hrudnej kosti, 2 "plávajúce") a hrudné stavce vzadu.
💡 Zaujímavosť: Tvoja chrbtica prenáša signály z mozgu do celého tela cez miechu - je ako "internetový kábel" tvojho tela!
Kostra končatín - ruky a nohy
Horné končatiny začínajú pletencom - lopatka vzadu a kľúčna kosť vpredu spájajú ruku s telom. Samotná ruka má ramennú kosť v nadlaktí, vretennú a lakťovú kosť v predlaktí (vretenná je na strane palca).
Ruka sa končí zápästnými kosťami (8 malých kostí), záprstnými kosťami v dlani (5) a článkami prstov - palec má 2 články, ostatné prsty 3.
Dolné končatiny začínajú panvou (zrastené bedrová, sedacia a lonová kosť). Noha má najdlhšiu kosť v tele - stehennú kosť, jabĺčko chráni koleno, holenná kosť a ihlica sú v predkolení.
Noha končí priehlavkovými kosťami (7, vrátane päty), predpriehlavkovými kosťami (5) a článkami prstov s rovnakým systémom ako ruka.
