波の基本概念
波って実は超身近な現象なんだ。プールで浮き輪が上下に揺れるだけで流されないのを見たことない？これが波の本質を表してる。
波とは、ある場所で生じた振動が次々と周りの媒質に伝わっていく現象のこと。ここで絶対覚えておきたいのは、エネルギーは伝わるけど、媒質そのものは移動しないってこと。
重要な用語もサクッと覚えちゃおう。波源は波を作る源で、媒質は波を伝える物質（空気や水など）。振幅Aは振動の大きさ、波長λは一つの波の長さだよ。
ココが大事！ 周期Tと振動数fは逆数の関係：f = 1/T
横波と縦波の違い
波には大きく分けて2つのタイプがあるんだ。違いは媒質がどう振動するかで決まる。
横波は、波の進行方向と垂直に媒質が振動する波。山と谷ができるから見た目でもわかりやすいよね。光や電磁波、ギターの弦の振動がこのタイプ。
縦波は、波の進行方向と平行に媒質が振動する波。音や地震のP波がこれにあたる。縦波では媒質の密な部分（密部）と疎な部分（疎部）ができるのが特徴だ。
覚え方のコツ 横波は「よこ」だから垂直、縦波は「たて」だから平行と覚えよう！
波のグラフの読み方
波のグラフには2種類あって、これを混同するとテストで痛い目に遭うから要注意！横軸が何かを必ずチェックしよう。
y-xグラフ（波形グラフ）は、ある瞬間の波の形を写真のように切り取ったもの。横軸が位置x、縦軸が変位y。ここから波長λと振幅Aが読み取れる。
y-tグラフ（単振動グラフ）は、媒質の一点が時間とともにどう振動するかを記録したもの。横軸が時間t、縦軸が変位y。ここから周期Tと振幅Aがわかるんだ。
絶対間違えちゃダメ！ y-xグラフから周期は読めないし、y-tグラフから波長も読めない。
波の基本公式と計算
波の計算で一番大事な公式がこれ：v = fλ（速さ = 振動数 × 波長）。この式さえマスターすれば、波の問題はほぼ解けちゃう。
なんでこの式が成り立つか理解しておこう。波が1周期Tの間に1波長λ進むから、速さ = 距離÷時間で v = λ/T。そして f = 1/T だから、v = λ × f = fλ になるってわけ。
例えば、波長2.0m、振動数5.0Hzの波なら、v = 5.0 × 2.0 = 10m/s。簡単でしょ？
計算のコツ 単位も一緒に覚えよう：v、f[Hz]、λ[m]
実践的な計算例題
実際の問題を解いてみよう。音波の速さが340m/s、周期が0.0020sのとき、波長λを求める問題。
まず周期Tから振動数fを計算：f = 1/T = 1/0.0020 = 500Hz。次に v = fλ を λ について解くと、λ = v/f。
値を代入すれば、λ = 340/500 = 0.68m。このように段階的に考えれば、複雑そうな問題もスッキリ解けるよ。
テスト対策 v = fλ の公式は必須。単位換算ミスにも気をつけて！
