エネルギーって何？基本をマスターしよう
君が朝起きて電気をつけたり、友達とサッカーをしたりできるのは、すべてエネルギーがあるから。エネルギーは「仕事をする能力」のことで、物を動かしたり、温めたり、光らせたりする力の源なんだ。
目には見えないけど、エネルギーは絶対になくならない。ただ形を変えるだけ。これをエネルギー保存の法則って呼ぶよ。
エネルギーの単位は**J（ジュール）**を使う。テストでよく出るから絶対覚えておこう！
💡 覚えておこう！ エネルギーは消えたり新しく生まれたりしない。ただ姿を変えているだけ！
エネルギーの種類を覚えよう
エネルギーには色んな種類がある。身の回りの例で覚えると簡単だよ！
運動エネルギーは動いてる物が持ってるエネルギー。電車やボール、風車が回ってるときのエネルギーだね。位置エネルギーは高いところにある物が持ってるエネルギーで、ダムの水や棚の上の本がそう。
熱エネルギーは温度に関係してて、ストーブやお風呂のお湯。光エネルギーは太陽や電球の明かり。電気エネルギーはコンセントの電気や雷のこと。
化学エネルギーは食べ物や石油の中にたくわえられてる。音エネルギーはスピーカーや太鼓の音。弾性エネルギーは伸ばしたゴムや縮めたバネが持ってるエネルギーだ。
📝 テストのコツ！ 運動エネルギー＋位置エネルギー＝力学的エネルギー。この組み合わせもよく出るよ！
エネルギーが変身する仕組み
エネルギーは一つの形から別の形にどんどん変わってる。これがエネルギー変換だ。
懐中電灯を例にすると、乾電池の化学エネルギーが電気エネルギーに変わって、豆電球で光エネルギーと熱エネルギーになる。つまり「化学→電気→光＋熱」って流れだね。
人が走るときは、朝ご飯の化学エネルギーが筋肉の運動エネルギーに変わって、同時に体温が上がるから熱エネルギーも出てる。「化学→運動＋熱」って感じ。
矢印（→）を使って流れを書けるように練習しておこう。テストでめちゃくちゃ出るから！
⚠️ 注意！ エネルギー変換では、必ず一部が熱として逃げてることを忘れずに。完璧な変換はないんだ。
