Tehran Conference Consequences

The 1943 Tehran Conference between Allied leaders had important consequences for World War II and early Cold War relations.

Two key consequences were:

Improved Allied military coordination against Nazi Germany. The Western Allies agreed to launch an offensive in France (D-Day), while the Soviets pushed from the East, leading to Germany's defeat.
