Every time you see a percentage, remember it literally means "out of 100" - that's your secret to instant conversion! The word "percent" breaks down to "per cent" which means "for every hundred".
To convert any percentage to a fraction, simply put the number over 100. So 82% becomes 82/100 and 3% becomes 3/100. It's that straightforward!
The beauty of this method is that it works for every percentage you'll ever encounter. Whether it's 15%, 67%, or even 99%, you just pop that number over 100 and you've got your fraction.
