because 3.5 doubled is 7. to explain better if you had a cake that had seven chocolate eggs that you had to share with yourself and a friend if you got 4 and they got 3 then that would be unfair. we can solve this by cutting on of them in half giving you and your friend 3.5 chocolate eggs aka 3 and a half chocolate eggs! hope that helped! sorry if this confused you

How Can I Simplify Surds and Multiply Them Easily?
Hello, Does anyone understand Surds, for example . . . Simplify: 2(Square root) 6 × 4(Square root) 6 I keep on getting it as my daily maths homework and I keep having to skimp on it and/ or do it last second so it would really help if I could have a chat built with someone else who understands it so that we can help each other out with different subjects for example I am good at English, History and Drama.
