Use bodmas 1) 8 divided by -2 = -4 then add 35 = 31

For something like 5+7 squared then do 7x7 which is 49 then do 49+5 which is 54 hope this helps:)

So this is more of a way of solving these problems then those particular problems but this can help with them too. So if it has for example 10-5+2= then u would do 5+2 which is 7 then it’s just 10-7. And if it is more complicated than if u know this quite well it shouldn’t be too much of a step. Hope this helps:)

hi! you'll need to use bidmas- I found a little diagram which i think explains it quite well and it's how I visualise it in my mind
