Uvod u samoprocenu i postavljanje ciljeva
Samoprocena nije samo "znam" ili "ne znam" - to je precizna analiza tvojih jakih i slabih strana u svakoj jezičkoj veštini. Kad znaš tačno gde stojiš, možeš da napraviš strategiju koja zaista radi.
Fokus je na četiri jezičke veštine: čitanje, pisanje, slušanje i govor. Za svaku od njih možeš da odredišь svoj nivo na CEFR skali od A1 (početni) do C2 (skoro maternji). Za maturu ti je cilj stabilan B2 nivo.
SMART ciljevi su tvoj najbolji prijatelj - oni su Specifični, Merljivi, Dostižni, Relevantni i Vremenski određeni. Zaboravi na "biću bolji u engleskom" i kreni sa ciljevima koji stvarno vode rezultatu.
💡 Savет: Budi brutalno iskren kada se procenjuješ - bolje je da znaš istinu sada nego da se iznenадиš na ispitu!
Kako da izvršiš samoprocenu
Prođi kroz svaku veštinu i realno se proceni koristeći CEFR "Can-Do" izjave kao vodič.
Čitanje: Ako razumeš glavne ideje kompleksnih tekstova poput BBC članaka, verovatno si na B2 nivou. Ako ti treba rečnik za svaku drugu reč - još si na B1.
Slušanje: B2 nivo znači da možeš da pratiš predavanja i razumeš većinu filmova bez prevoda. Ako hvataš samo ključne reči kad neko priča brzo - to je B1.
Pisanje: Na B2 nivou možeš da napišeš jasan, detaljan esej na različite teme. Ako praviš dosta grešaka sa vremenima i članovim - još si na B1.
Govor: B2 znači tečno pričanje o poznatim temama. Ako često zastajkuješ da tražiš reči - B1 si.
💡 Tip: Uradi besplatan online test (Cambridge ili British Council) da dobiješ objektivniju sliku svog nivoa!
SMART metodologija za ciljeve
Nakon što znaš gde si, vreme je za SMART ciljeve. Evo kako izgleda razlika između lošeg i dobrog cilja:
Loš cilj: "Poboljšaću pisanje" - previše uopšten i nema plan. SMART cilj: "Narednih 6 nedelja pisaću jedan esej od 200-250 reči nedeljno i smanjiću broj gramatičkih grešaka za 30%."
Specifičan - tačno znaš šta radiš (formalni eseji za maturu, ne bilo kakvo pisanje). Merljiv - imaš brojke (6 nedelja, jedan esej nedeljno, 30% manje grešaka).
Dostižan - realan s obzirom na tvoje trenutne sposobnosti. Ne možeš za mesec dana sa B1 na C1!
Relevantan - fokusiraš se na akademski vokabular koji ti treba za maturu, ne na sleng. Vremenski određen - imaš krajnji rok do kada ćeš postići cilj.
💡 Važно: Mali, konstantni koraci su ključ uspeha - ne pokušavaj da promeniš sve odjednom!
Primer 1: Poboljšanje slušanja
Evo kako izgleda samoprocena u praksi: "Razumem spor, jasan govor, ali se mučim sa brzim dijalozima u filmovima. Moj nivo je niži B2, cilj mi je stabilan B2."
SMART cilj za slušanje:
- S: Poboljšaću razumevanje brzeg govora kroz TED predavanja i BBC vesti
- M: 3 TED predavanja i 5 BBC isečaka nedeljno, sa kratkim sažetkom nakon svakog
- A: 2 sata nedeljno je potpuno dostižno
- R: Direktno se odnosi na deo ispita koji testira slušanje
- T: Radiću ovo naredna 2 meseca
Finalni cilj: Do kraja aprila, moći ću da napišem tačan sažetak za 80% odslušanog materijala bez ponovnog slušanja.
💡 Pro tip: Počni sa materijalom koji te zanima - lakše ćeš se držati plana ako uživaš u tome što slušaš!
Primer 2: Proširivanje vokabulara
Identifikovana slabost: "Uvek koristim iste, jednostavne reči poput 'good', 'bad', 'important'. Vokabular mi je na B1 nivou, iako mi je gramatika bolja."
SMART cilj za vokabular:
- S: Proširiti vokabular sa 30 akademskih reči i 10 veznika
- M: 5 novih reči + 2 veznika nedeljno, aktivno ih koristiti u esejima
- A: 7 novih fraza nedeljno je realno
- R: Direktno utiče na ocenu eseja na maturi
- T: 6 nedelja za ceo plan
Konkretno: Umesto "important" koristiš "significant", umesto "to solve" kažeš "to tackle an issue". Dodaješ veznike poput "furthermore" i "consequently".
Način provere: U svakom eseju podvlačiš nove reči i veznike koje si koristio/la.
💡 Hack: Napravi kartice sa novim rečima i veznicima - ponavljaj ih dok čekaš autobus ili u pauzama!
