# Where did I buy my subscription?

> The store that charged you is the one that manages your subscription. Here is how to tell the App Store, Google Play and website purchases apart.

To cancel, change or refund a subscription you need to know who is billing you. Knowunity does not charge your card directly. One of three stores does.

## Check your bank or card statement

- **App Store**: the charge appears as *Apple* or *APPLE.COM/BILL*.
- **Google Play**: the charge appears as *Google* or *GOOGLE\*Knowunity*.
- **Knowunity website**: the charge appears as *Paddle* or *PADDLE.NET\* KNOWUNITY*. Paddle is the payment partner for our website.

## Check your receipt email

- Apple sends receipts from Apple with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Google sends an order confirmation with an order number starting with *GPA.*
- Paddle sends a confirmation email that contains a link to manage the subscription.

## Check in the app

1. Open the **Pro** tab.
2. If you see a **Manage** button that opens a Paddle page, you bought on the website.
3. If **Manage plan** takes you to Apple or Google subscription settings, you bought in that store.

## Check the store

- On an iPhone or iPad, open **Settings**, tap your name and then **Subscriptions**. If Knowunity is listed, you bought in the App Store.
- On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture and then **Payments and subscriptions**. If Knowunity is listed, you bought on Google Play.

If it is in neither store, the purchase was made on the website or on another account or device.
