# Payouts for creators and content rewards

> Cash out your creator earnings from the payouts page on the website. Choose a payout method and request a payout once you reach the minimum.

## Where to find your balance

Sign in on [knowunity.com](https://knowunity.com) and open **Payouts** in the web app. Your balance and payout history are listed there.

## Request a payout

1. Open **Payouts**, then **Request payout**.
2. Choose a payout method. Depending on your country these include bank transfer, PayPal, gift cards, GCash, Nequi and donation to a charity.
3. Enter the details for the method and confirm.

Each method has a minimum amount, shown on the request page. You can only request a payout once your balance reaches it.

## When the money arrives

Bank transfers usually arrive within 14 days of the request. Gift cards are sent by email.

## Payout rejected or delayed

- Check that the account holder name matches your Knowunity profile.
- Check the bank or PayPal details for typos.
- If a payout has been pending for more than 14 days, [contact support](https://knowunity.com/support) with the payout date and amount.
