# How do I report content or a user?

> Report an upload, comment, profile or message from its menu. You can also block a user. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

## Report an upload, comment or profile

1. Open the upload, comment or profile.
2. Tap the menu and choose **Report**.
3. Pick the reason that fits best:
   - Sexual offence
   - Spam and unwanted advertising
   - Bullying
   - Plagiarism
   - Hateful behaviour
   - Violent and graphic content
   - Incorrect content or misinformation
   - Other
4. Add details if you can and send.

Our moderation team reviews every report. For privacy reasons we cannot tell you what action was taken against another account.

## Block a user

Open the user's profile, tap the menu and choose **Block**. They can no longer message you or interact with your content. You can unblock them from the same menu.

## Someone is impersonating me or using my work

Report the profile or upload with the reason **Plagiarism** or **Other** and describe the situation. If the content includes your personal data, say so in the report.

## Urgent safety concerns

If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services first. You can also reach us through the [support form](https://knowunity.com/support) under *Privacy and data*.
